The trek begins from the base village of Ambivali and gradually ascends through scenic forest trails, rocky patches, and open plateaus. As you approach the summit, the trail leads into a fascinating rock-cut staircase carved inside the pinnacle itself one of the most distinctive features of this fort. Emerging at the top rewards trekkers with breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding valleys, nearby forts, and rolling Sahyadri ranges.
